Acclaimed klezmer ensemble She’Koyokh have numerous performances lined up this SpringSheKoyokh2-53 c. Alex Harvey-Brown
as well as a new album set for release:

– On Wednesday 27th April She’Koyokh will perform at Nottingham Lakeside Arts. They had a memorable debut at the venue in 2013 and will return for another live show to kick-start a number of performances throughout the summer.

– The band will then perform at JW3’s Sephardi Festival in a special collaboration with critically acclaimed Los Desterrados and Egyptian master musicians Baladi Blues, at the Jewish Community Centre in London on 1st May.

She’Koyokh also have performances at Norwich Synagogue, Winchfield Festival and The Forge London throughout June.

She’Koyokh have been immersed in rehearsals for their next album with World Music Network. Their most recent disc, ‘Wild Goats & Unmarried Women’ (World Music Network, 2014) received 5 star reviews in The Evening Standard and The Australian, and 4 stars in The Guardian. Their 2011 release, Buskers’ Ballroom (ARC Music), received a ‘Top of the World’ 5 star review in Songlines and was described as “brilliant CD from an exhilarating party band”.
