In association with Creative Access, Ikon Arts Management is currently recruiting for a 6-month Administrator placement through the government’s Kickstart scheme. This is a great opportunity to develop a wide range of skills in a friendly, supportive environment.
The role will involve general office administration, diary and database management, assisting in marketing and assisting Artist Managers.
Essential skills include excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills with an eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment. A basic understanding of social media and knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, as is a keen interest in classical music. Experience in marketing and logistical administration is desirable.
Suitable candidates must be aged 16-24, currently be claiming Universal Credit and are required to apply through local Job Centres (our local site is Hoxton) following a referral from their Work Coach. Anyone interested should speak to their Work Coach as soon as possible.
